Wayne Gillis

General / Project Manager

Wayne deals with all aspects of Land & Sea to ensure safety, customer satisfaction, public relations and continuous growth are adhered to, enabling Land & Sea to remain successful now and into the future. Wayne works with a team of managers who are experts in their fields, to meet and exceed our customers' expectations on a daily basis. Wayne's hands on approach and years of experience as an instrumentation technician along with his team of managers who are experts in their respective fields aim to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Steve Dwyer

Department Manager - Calibration Services

Steve manages the daily operations of the Calibrations Services division at Land & Sea through customer service order management, sales, marketing, procurement and technical support activities. He communicates our organizational vision and the importance of meeting all customer and regulatory requirements. He also ensures that appropriate resources, equipment, facilities and training are maintained and enhanced to meet the growing needs of our customers.

Gilbert Whyte

Valve Project Manager

Gilbert oversees the daily operations of the Valve Services division, ensuring the highest quality service, safety and workmanship for each of our customers. He facilitates a team of highly trained and certified valve technicians who repair and service all types and sizes of valves in our shop, in the field and offshore. Gilbert's background is in Supply Chain and Project Management, and he brings a wealth of experience in these fields to Land & Sea. Gilbert works closely with all customers to ensure their needs are met from project conception and job estimating, through procurement and expediting; to ensure all orders are completed on time and on budget requirements.

Charles Callaghan

QA/Safety Manager

Charles maintains the health, safety and quality programs at Land & Sea. He collects and analyzes appropriate data to demonstrate the suitability and effectiveness of these programs, and reports this data to upper management on their status and recommends improvements. Charlie acts as liaison with external safety and quality agencies. He ensures internal and external quality and safety audits are carried out in accordance with documented requirements.

David Bingley

Calibration Services Supervisor

David is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of our calibration labs through planning and coordination with all lab technicians to ensure that service order requirements are completed as appropriate to meet all pertinent customer and regulatory requirements. He is also involved in internal quality auditing, safety auditing and quality assurance.

Anita Smith

Calibration Services Coordinator

Anita maintains the daily operations of the Calibration Services division at Land & Sea through planning, coordination and consultation with all lab and field personnel to ensure the expectations of our customers are met or exceeded. She is a front line customer contact representative who communicates all pertinent job requirements and follows up from the initial quotation, through job completion.

Tonia Wright

Payroll & Accounts Payable

Tonia is responsible for all of the Accounts Payable and Payroll functions at Land & Sea. She provides excellent service quality to our clients and vendors. She is also involved in internal quality auditing and inventory management functions at Land & Sea.

Marg Buelow

Accounts Receivable

Marg's front line responsibilities are Accounts Collections and Administration. She is Land & Sea's liaison with our customer's accounting departments to ensure proper payment is made and posted appropriately. Keeping the books in order, Marg constantly creates work orders, issues purchase orders and directs a steady influx of phone calls to facilitate all divisions of Land & Sea. Marg always provides a top level of customer service, to both her internal and external customers.
