Land & Sea Instrumentation is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for its employees. Managers and supervisors are trained and held responsible for ensuring that employees follow our safety program and receive training to protect their health and safety. Management is committed to working in a spirit of consultation and co-operation with the employees in achieving the company's health and safety initiatives. It is the responsibility of all personnel to report to their supervisor, manager, safety representative or member of the JOH&S committee as soon as possible, any hazardous conditions, injury, accident, or illness related to the workplace.

Land & Sea has held a Letter of Good Standing from the Nova Scotia Construction Safety Association (NSCSA) for their Certificate of Recognition Program since 1997.
